This Vidyapeetha is specially meant to impart Sanskrit education. The institute provides education through Sanskrit medium only. Vidyapeetha deals with the following courses in which students can get admission according to their merit.
(i) Shastri-Three yearly six semester course( Equivalent to B.A.):
In all three years of Shastri course exams of seven papers are to be given. In first, second and third year of Shastri first three papers and sixth paper are compulsory subjects. Fourth and fifth papers in ‘kha’ category are optional traditional subjects. Seventh paper in ‘kha’ category is optional modern subjects.
(ii) Shastri(Samm.)-Three yearly six semester course(Equiv.to B.A.Hons.):
In all three years of Shastri (Hons) course exams of seven papers are to be given. In first, second and third year of Shastri (Hons) first three papers are compulsory subjects. Fourth , Fifth and sixth papers in ‘ka’ category are optional traditional subjects. Seventh papers in ‘kha’ category is optional modern subjects.
