Dr. B.K.Mohapatra is the Registrar of the Vidyapeetha. Besides acting as UGC nominee of the executive Committee of certain autonomous colleges such as Ravenshaw college (Cuttuck), Ganga Mehar College(Sambalpur), M.P.C. college baripada, Khalikote College (berhampur) and Parlakhemundi College(paralakhemundi), Dr. Mohapatra has served as UGC observer for selection Committee of Utkal University (Bhubaneshwar) and Sambalpur University (Sambalpur). In addition, he is a member of the Peer Team, National Assessment and Accreditation Council, Bangalore. Dr. Mohapatra has taken charge of the Registrar on 30th September, 2003.

The supporting Staff is supposed to received files coming from variou section and place before the Registrar for his persual and orders. The Section officer incahrge of the Registrar secretriate providing documentary support, updating of agenda and minutes of various authorities and also supporting the Registrar for day to day disposal of communication to ministry and UGC
