The faculty of Sahitya & sanskriti imparts knowledge in traditional and modern subjects, Sahitya, Prakrit, Hindi, English, Sociology, Puranetihas, etc. are being taught to the students of Shastri and Acharya. In addition to this, research work is done on each subject under the supervision of the members of the faculty. Vocational courses and various other cultural programmes such as drama, debate, Hindi Diwas, Kavi Sammelan are also organized under the able supervision of the dept.. during the year. The teachers of the faculty have participated in various workshops, seminars and symposia both at the state and the national level. The scholars of the faculty also participate in the Pravachans specially arranged on Shrimad Bhagavatam. Moreover, the department organizes periodic seminars for students and teachers respectively. Faculty of Sahitya and Sanskriti has conducted Youth festival with the help of other departments of the Vidyapeetha It also organized various Debate Competitions, Speech Competitions, and Slokantyakshari, etc
