Examination System :

• In Shastri and Acharya classes examinations are conducted according to semester system.These exams are conduced twice in a year in the month of December & April. There is yearly exam of Shiksha Shastri and Shiksha Acharya exam. Apart from this part time course, Jyotish Pragya, Jyotish Bhushan, Vastushastra, Medical Astrology exams are conducted according to semester system.
• The question papers are sent to the examiners who are approved by Vice Chancellor.
• V.C. sets up moderation board which looks after moderation of question papers.
• As per the orders of Vice Chancellor sealed question papers are send for printing . After printing sealed question papers are received. These sealed question papers are send to centre superintendent for concerned exams one hour before.
• One month before the exams Examination department makes upto the date sheet.
• While making the datesheet care is being taken that students get at least one day holiday before the next exam.

Examination Procedure :

• Examination department gets the exams and enrolment form filled.
• Datesheet and Roll no. are enrolled to students one week before the exam, which they can use in the examination hall.
• Arrangement of Examination Centre
• To conduct the exams systematically centre superintendent are appointed as per the approval of V.C
• From the beginning till the last day of exam, Centre Superintendent makes full arrangement for conducting exams.
• Blind & Handicapped students.
• Examination department makes arrangement for writer and invigilator for blind & handicapped students. If the papers is of three hours, one extra hour is also given o them,. After the exam the writer is also given remuneration.
• The writer should be less qualified than the blind or handicapped student.

Examination result :

• Answer sheets received from Examination department are send for evaluation from these checked answer sheets exam result is prepared with the help of gazettes and computer.
• In the meeting of Examination Board, before the declaration the examination result is reviewed. Action is being taken in the decisions taken by Examination Board.

Revaluation :

Student can get revaluation done with in 15 days of declaration of result. Student has to get revaluation form from examination department.

• They have to deposit fees and submit it to Examination department.
• Revaluation is done for theoretical papers only.
• If the difference is 5% more or less, previous makes are put.

Entrance Test:

• Admission to Vidya-Varidhi, Shiksha-acharya, Shiksha-shastri and Shastri is done on the basis of entrance.
